well it would make sence? I mean, if he grew slowly then making use of him would be a pain? because it would take to long to raise him.
I'm not good with math and never really paied much attintion to the stat-increse mechanics, but I should of know, some people take long to go up levels. But I did like keeping some underleveld dude alive to swifty level him up (Like Krikis, never used him much, but to get Rubi you needed to be somthing, so I took him far far away to make him 'strong")
Eugene was annoying to level up. Mr. Dies-a-lot. seesh.

Actually, no. It's actually confirmed that Snowe, Eugene, Sigurd, Gau, Chiepoo and Karl are characters that fit the description SARSAdmin gave. Please think of the kittens. |

To be quite honest, I think that the nay Kobolds mifght be the only reason I commit to playing Suiko IV. i played a little and I liked Chiepoo. As for Snowe, I could care less. I had hi pegged as the Jowy type from the get go. The guy who is your friend but leaves and hates you for a while but in the end decides to be your friend again. I guess I was right. I'd use Snowe if i had him because he is a decent fighter early on.
In summation. YAY for Chiepoo.
Oh and I loved Gremio in Suiko I and always used him to lv 99.
