Please send your battle plans for the remainder of this phase to me instead of Synchysi. He's a bit busy at the moment, so I will handle the rest of this phase. The next plans will be due in three days (Saturday 12AM EST--which gives you full today, thursday, and friday to plan).

Report writers, please send me a PM so I know who you all are. I am not sure who exactly wrote all of them.

Okay, without any of the flourish.

Turn 1:
Shineget (1036 Cav) beats Beethoven4567 (3500 Inf)
Middletails (8 Cav) beats Alex (3500 Inf)

Turn 2:
Middletails (8 Cav) beats maverick (3500 Inf)
the anger (4 Inf) loses to Zieg (3500 Inf), who loses 2 soldiers
Byrch (Inf) beats Augustine (3000 Archer)

Essentially you guys lost due to troop type advantage. The report was just trying to explain how 8 Cavalry could possibly beat 3500 Infantry.

Perhaps all of the results should contain a summary at the end, as some already do. Sometimes I have a hard time figuring out what exactly happened, wondering if what I read was an actual battle or just artistic license.

Flourish is good. But people also want the facts laid down in front of them. Therefore; flourish + end summary = winner

I didn't really think of putting an end summary there, but that was mostly a product of oversight and sleep deprivation.

I for one have really enjoyed reading the battle results as wriiten by other people. I think that the difference in style and individual flare makes them much easier to read, especally with as many battles as we had this phase.
