Anyhow, I totally forgot about rebels. Stuff about them will be up some time.

Meanwhile, send in your rosters for counter-insurgency as soon as possible if it applies to you.

Those who have a choice in matters pertaining to intercepts have been notified.

Can we wait to see rebel activity before sending in our counter insurgency? Considering that a successful full power counter insurgency may not stop all of a rebel's attack, I'd like to know what the rebels are doing so I can have a contingency plan in case counter insurgency doesn't stop an attack.

It would also be nice to see rebel actions before interception rosters are sent in. So a nation knows just how many battles they'll really have.

They are regular battles, but the rebels must win the first two turns in order to capture the region. If they lose one turn regardless, it is over.

Just to make sure, are you still waiting for Jowston's? I've sent it to Vextor in case you didn't get it (as there was no instruction on who to send the PM to so I thought maybe Vextor was the one to go after Fluffy's departure).

And would it be possible to just simply name the nations that haven't sent in their roster yet? I think it'd be easier that way. It's not like the names need to be a secret or anything.

A deadline has been imposed on the one intercept we are waiting for and I've notified the nation.

You may (I think -- correct me if I'm wrong) submit your turn 1 rosters and stuff now. Only Gaien and Grassland need to wait for their intercept to be run. I'm going to set a tentative deadline (to accomodate Gaien and Grassland) of January 21st 11:59 PM GMT-5 (EST) -- roughly 14 days give or take a timezone.

IMPORTANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

New in your turn 1/rosters. You must include all of your generals (member names in full, properly spelt) that should receive the 25 reg exp bonus at the bottom with each name on a single line.

Since words fail me many times, I will provide an example DOI. Your standard DOI stuff is in white, the red text signifies either the addition and/or something I want to bring to your attention.

So basically, the Reg EXP list is your Roster plus any units you've lent out for the phase? What about Mercenaries or NPC's? Should they be put into the Reg List as well?

Just to clarify we will list units we loan rather than those we have borrowed, I only ask because Vex says the opposite in this thread.
