Hey, you're right, he does! His age and ugliness are completely counterbalanced by his wealth...the perfect man.
I just wish Axiose gave us a little more forwarning. I was planning on sending inappropriate PMs to Chiepoo, but now I'll have to direct them towards another NPC.
Also, if Axiose's position is open, I nominate gari as a replacement. But I'm sure they'll just use another Highlander.
