Her fame isnt from their size, but from the inconsistency of their size. They'll be C cups in one scene, then DD cups in the next. Then B cups because she doesnt have much screen time after that. Then she turns in to a guy... wait what? _________________

Elzamine: Well, I think Gantz is amazing only if you think about its genre....and considering the parameters set by the TC :D
But I guess it's too strong a word, the lack of a real plot and the lack of relevance many chapters have is a big turnoff...
Well, another suggestion I'd like to make is Shamo. The protagonist is one of the best antiheroes I have ever seen, the plot is realistic and gritty, there isn't any gratuitous (sp?) violence and sexual stuff: it alays serves a purpose. The only complaint I have, again, is the slow to moderate pace of the storytelling. _________________ I'm still a hungry peasant....and the Battle-Crazy Tensatsu Star of Harmonia!

With your tastes, and your love for that Kamiyadori, I think you'd love Tenjou Tenge and Gantz to death. Both have graphic violence, boobs, lots of action; the first has Martial Arts and the latter monsters and other creepy (and awesome) creatures. |
I havent hear of either of those, but of course that doesnt mean much. If they are anythign like Kamiyadori, I'm sure I'd really dig them.
As for Berserk, I saw I think like the first 6 DVD's of the anime. I don't know, I think they'd probably be a great manga but for some reason I just don't feel like reading it :\ I liked the show and all. Btw how many volumes of Berserk are out? Im just about finished with the first 3 volumes of Kamiyador, and the next one doesnt come out till December 5th. I'm going to need to read something else between then. I might end up with Berserk or a couple of the one you mentioned above.
Has anyone else read Vagabond? I bought that when it first came out, and it was a freaking awesome story. |

There are only 6 DVDs of Berserk; nobody ever picked up the series after funding ran out. If you've seen them, you'll want to skip volumes 5 through 8, as it was all covered in the anime, unless you need a refresher or want to have a full collection. There are 20 volumes out in the US, and I think 32 or 36 in Japan. _________________

Some popular action shounens that might interest you are One Piece, Fairy Tail, and Full Metal Alchemist.
Some mangas that I'm currently reading are:
Elfen Lied: A very violent manga (lots of blood, gore, and decapitations) that fits in the action, supernatural, and romance genres. It's about a female diclonius, the latest evolution of mankind that is out to kill off and replace Homo sapiens, that escapes from a research facility. During her escape she is shot and injured, and washes up on a beach shoreline where discovered by a young couple.
Aflame Inferno: A Korean manga with really good artwork. It's about an intelligent high schooler who gets caught in the middle of a battle between demons. He is severely injured and one of the demons fuses within him to save his life, giving him the demon's abilities. Together they kill the other demon and he discovers that to be able to separate from the demon within him, they must kill off other demons to gather enough energy (or Invento Hell is what they call it).
Claymore: A manga with lots of action and monsters. In a world filled with monsters called Yoma, humans must rely on half-yoma, half-human beings called claymores to survive. The manga centers around a claymore named Claire.
Change 123: A manga that is really old school with lots senseless martial arts fighting. An Otaku boy who's always thinking about his comic book hero "Kamen Raider" one day comes across a guy trying to have his way with a girl. The boy walks away knowing he is too weak to help, but then decides to run back and help. However, when he returns he discovers that the girl has beaten the living daylights out of the guy. The girl confesses that due to unusual circumstances, she has developed three other personalities, each a specialist in a different form of martial arts. |

Awesome! Elfen Lied and Claymore sound like something I'd be interested in. I've never read much of Deathnote so I picked up a couple of those Im thinking of reading and ex of mine really loved them.
Thanks for the suggestions! |

Whether or not it's been suggested, I found Vampire Knight to be pretty good. It also includes mention of incest. I dunno how bad it gets, because I don't think the series is complete yet. So far, it's not explicit at all, but we'll see.
Another series I really liked was Chobits. It was cute, sweet and sad all at once with a good dose of perverted humor. xD
I haven't read many series' myself yet, but if I come across any other ones I like [that aren't shounen-ai/yaoi >>], I'll let you know. :3 |

Emma is really good. A really detailed manga about 19th century england. When I said detailed, I really mean it. You could find everything from Crystal palace to the original cadbury chocolate (and the toffees) there. But more than its great references, the story itself is really beautiful, especially from volume 3 and above (10 in all), when the writer decide to go all out creating this manga.
The other is my damn all time favorite, the Kotaro Makaritooru (or whatever) series. It's really long though, the main manga (the karate episodes) is about 59 volumes, while the Judo episodes is 27. The L episode (Ninja?) is still going on. If you like a serious martial arts manga with a healthy dose of humor, try it.
Lastly, I found Angel Heart as very enchanting. The old slapstick is still there (from City Hunter, obviously), but the story take a more serious angle, a warm, kind vision of life and its people. It's a really beautiful manga, both the artworks and the storyline. _________________
