Hajime No Ippo

Does anybody know the anime hajime no ippo?? it's about a boxer named ippo makunochi, anyone?

Yeah, it's called Fighting Spirits in the U.S.. A pretty lame name, but what can ya do?

I've only watched the first episode (fansubbed), but I really liked it and should watch more of it some day. I'd reccomend this show even to folks who don't like boxing (like me).

I also have the GBA game since it's made by my favorite video game company. It seems pretty well made, though I can't get into it since I don't care for boxing (see above).
