It's raining here. So that means no Fireworks for the rest of the day. Though the 3000 used during the wheeee hours of the AMs when I was trying to get some sleep will more then make up for this inconvenience.

Our mountains are on fire, so we probably won't get to fire off our fireworks...
they never let us know until the last minute. However, this will not prevent my neighbors from firing off the hundreds of dollars worth of illegal fireworks they bought over the border. My home state has really strict laws about fireworks to being with.
Yeah, let's celebrate the rule of law an our country's birth by breaking the law!! :roll:
Happy Independence Day—I'm glad to be in the States for it this year. Last year I sat with about 6 other American students in a tiny country pub in Pembrokeshire, Wales, and toasted our country's birth (well, they toasted it. I don't think I can technically be said to have "toasted" because I was drinking soda, not ale. XD)

Yeah yeah. Happy fourth of whatever. Blah blah. Don't mind me. I'm just bitter cause I don't even get to set off sparklers. Which by the way, a very nice fireman told me they burn at 1000+ degrees... You know what, never mind. I'm afraid I'll burn myself on the oven, sparklers would terrify me.
