Phase 13

I hereby declare the start of phase 13.

There are no additions or changes in phase 13 except the new naval rules explained previously by Axiose.

The Declarations of Intent will be due in a week, November 16th, by 11:59pm (EST). As usual, early submissions will be given extra somethings, while the nation who is the most late will have their submissions determined by the admins.

It should have been distributed yesterday as the map got updated. But I don't think we get soldiers anymore, and just potch. I could be wrong though, but if my observation was right, Jowston just got potch but no soldiers.

EDIT: oh okay, maybe I'm wrong and we actually got the soldiers and I just didn't notice about it. I'll check it from the bank's account.

I received both Potch and soldiers, as confirmed by my national bank sometime yesterday when the map was updated. I assume everyone received likewise. You may not think you received soldiers because the quantity seems to have been less as compared to last Phase, but I definitely received some...so there you have it.

Yes, all nations have received their nation income via their nation's financial installations (Banks, Valuts, etc). Soldier income tends to be pretty small compared to potch income, and some of you may not notice the blip. This is especially true if you have low population within your nation.

One more thing-- all naval regions have been given names. You can only check this through the world map though. If you mouse over the dots, you can see the names given to the naval regions. This should help in the future when you're trying to submit DOIs, etc.

Also, as far as early submission rewards go, every nation that has submitted their plans within 24 hours from when the phase was declared will gain a bonus of 3PPs for the next phase. (It won't be useable this phase).

If your nation hasn't submitted your DOI yet, you still have a few hours.

Raids are not completely done yet, but they are not required to be posted during Turn 1 anyways, so with all the battles posted, turn 1 is now over.

I see that most people have already worked on their next plans forr turn 2, so Phase 13 Turn 2 battle commands will be due in three days, November 30th (by 11:59pm EST). Don't try to cut it close, because summer time differences can screw you if you come within an hour.
