NPC nation administration and contact

I have found someone to run the NPC nations (to reduce my workload). This person (who will remain secret) will run all of the NPC nations. This person will gain access to a number of accounts within each NPC nation, where they will be the point of contact. Here is the list of people you can contact via PM if you wish.
