WOOT! I tried an hour or two of vol 2 today! :o Despite me trying to tell myself to not open it/try it till after my finals
[DANGIT! But if I didn't open/try it...it probably bug me while I'm taking my finals.......>_____< ....I'll punish myself later.......]

Anyhow, All I'll say is for those of you who haven't picked up vol 1 and want to try vol 2 first. It's totally doable as
1-(you've probably heard this somewhere before) If you beat vol 2 first then start vol1 you can start a new vol 1 file and import the vol 2 "complete" file and you'll start with powered up characters in vol 1.
2- There's a really nice um...brief summary of vol 1 in the beginning of vol 2 that highlights the important points.

A bummer for newbies starting with vol 2 first is that I didn't really see a tuorial of the controls at the beginning of vol 2 (which I guess was the logical choice since it would've bored the living daylights out of people who have played/beaten vol 1) but I guess you could always refer to the manual for that.
