The Abhorsen bells from Garth Nix - The old kingdom

marvelous books.

You are missing a few though ;p

The first and weakest bell is Ranna, the sleepbringer, the bell that makes everyone who hears it go to sleep. Ranna, was represented by Torrigan who is also known as Touchstone. He thought it was very appropriate given he spent about two hundred years as solid wood.
The second is Mosrael, the waker, throughs the ringer farther into death and the listener farther into life. In the book "Abhorsen", Mosrael is represented by the twins, Sayar and Rynelle.
Kibeth, the runner, lets dead have freedom and movement, and bounds the dead to the will of the user. In "Abhorsen", she is represented by, Kibeth...who is the Disreputable Dog.
Dyrim, the speaker, gives a voice back the dead, or it makes the dead quiet. Dyrim, in "Abhorsen" is represented by Ellimere, who is Sabriel's daughter. It goes quite well with her because she is always talking and giving orders.
Belgaer, the thinker, restores independent thought to the dead. In "Abhorsen" Sam -Sabriel's son- represents Belgaer to help defeat Orannis, which is a spirit to kill everything in the world.
Saraneth, the binder, makes the dead do whatever the wiedler wants. Saraneth, in "Abhorsen" was represented by Sabriel herself.
Astarael, the sorrowfull, casts anyone who hears it want to leave their bodies and die. It usually ends up killing the people who hear it, but a few manage to survive by thinking of life. Astarael was represented by Lirael. When the seven bells were rung together it gave "the song of the earth, the moon, the starts, the seat, and the sky, of Life and Death and all that was to be and would be."

Sir Axiose selected 3 of these as we can all withness.
These items can only be obtained by exploring ?

My apologies for interfering Sir Axiose, mister Alucard was mearly informing the other members about the other bells.
Although it are wonderfull books, there are still many who have not read it most likely.

Both the Golden Trout of Divine Thwappage and the Magic Spoon interest me. I'll save my money and hope they go on sale...

If a user gets an item, does it stay with the user or does it go to the Nation? Or is the totally up to the nation leader?

They're listed on an as-needed basis.

Some times only exist in my brain, and requires me to first make an icon, and then writing a description, etc. All of those can't be done in an instant, too.
