I've never played that game...but I heard they came out with a sequel to it.

That was weird. I've never even played Brave Fencer Musashi! :) But that last clue gave it away.

Since nobody else is making any. I'll just do another 1.

This one might be a little hard:

In this gane, all the playable characters, except for the hero can morph into powerful monsters in battle.

True, here's clue number 2 to narrow it down for you greatly.

Clue#2: The setting in this game is from our world. E.g: set in America/Japan/Thailand/etc whatever. Those aren't the settings in the game, they're just examples.

hmm.....In this RPG, the guy who you thought was the boss/evil character, eventually joins your team about half way through the game to take out the new bad guy.....

Is it Chrono Trigger, at the beginning we fight Magus to stop the revival of Lavos but after knowing that he is the prince of the Kingdom of Zeal, he might end up joining us and fight against Lavos.

I might be wrong since Magus is only an optional character.

Well, I was thinking of a different game, but since you both made it clear that their was another game, my riddle was slightly flawed. I was thinking Super Mario RPG Legend of the Seven Stars, where Bowser joins your fight after a while, but since you reminded me of Magus, then your right anyways...It's like asking

" THis game has a boss"

heh, i'll try to be more specific next time.....

Okay here is one from a game that is a bit older.

Clue # 1: To get to the final boss you must travel to the place of the first boss, and do a little time travel.
