[Phase 1] Grasslands vs. Jowston [Concluded]

The War Begins--

1st Turn

Round 1
To start off the battle, Flame Champion sybillious of the Grasslands orders shabadoo to lead his 165 cavalry soldiers into battle against Jowston. Schala-kid, leader of the Jowston Alliance, decides to send Eggith Cyrene's 4509 cavalry soldiers into battle. The two units meet, and after a vicious battle, Eggith Cyrene's unit comes out on top having lost only 83 soldiers, while shabadoo's cavarly was annihilated

Round 2
Looking to recover from her earlier defeat, Flame Champion sybillious orders Lord Riou's 351 magicians to attack the Jowston army. Schala-kid, with growing confidence, decides to lead her own 26659 archers into battle. The archers are able to stay out of the range of the Grasslands' magicians and pick them off one by one until none are left standing.

Round 3
In an attempt to salvage a victory, sybillious decides to lead her own cavalry unit numbering 12463 into battle. At the same time, Schala-kid orders StarlightEx's 4000 infantrymen into battle. The cavalry from the Grasslands easily overpower the unit from Jowston and annihilate them.

Results
Jowston 2
Grasslands 1

Thus, Jowston wins this turn.

Now, the leaders must come up with the battle plan for round 2. The deadline is one week from today.

2nd Turn

Round 1
To start things off, Flame Champion sybillious sends down orders for Croix to lead his 1969 cavalry soldiers into battle against the Jowston army. The leader of the Jowston Alliance, Schala-kid, commands Schala to lead her 9516 infantrymen to attack the Grasslanders. Despite being far outnumbered, the cavalry unit overpowers the infantry and defeat 1969 soldiers while losing none.

Round 2
In an attempt to avenge her earlier defeat, Schala-kid sends Bugg's 4603 magicians into battle. In the meantime, sybillious orders MMan9000 to lead his 3392 magicians to attack the Jowston army. A massive firestorm erupts in the middle of the battlefield as both units unleash their awesome magic. When the smoke clears and the armies retreat to their camps, headcounts reveal that the Grasslands' unit lost 2302 soldiers, while Jowston's unit suffered just 848 casualties.

6. RG - celes' tilly's 9685 archers attempt a mop up job *we can only hope...*

Round 3
Attempting to prolong the war, sybillious orders Celes Tilly to take her 9685 archers and lead them into battle. Meanwhile, Schala-kid orders Starslasher to lead his 2202 infantrymen into to battle to try to wrap things up quickly. The infantry is able to shield themselves from the rain of arrows from the massive archery unit and break through their defenses. The Jowston army takes down 1101 archers without losing a single soldier from its own unit.

Results
Jowston 2
Grasslands 1

Thus, Jowston wins this turn.

The City-States of Jowston have clinched victory in this war, so the third turn is unnecessary. The region of the Mountain Pass is now Jowston territory.
