[Phase 10] Scarlet Moon Empire's exploration in the Banner Mountains

A massive exploration party composed of both Scarlet Moon Empire and borrowed Harmonian forces set out to comb the Banner Mountains. Tens of thousands of soldiers covered every inch of the mountains and forests, finding the hidden ninja village of Rokkaku.

After some negotiation, the leader of the Ninjas, Hanzo, agrees to serve under the Scarlet Moon Empire as a protectorate, allowing the use of one of their ninja units during battle as special forces.
