I have noticed loads of posters have a special titel underneath there name

example : "the arrow of Justice"

1) How did they get that O.o

2) If it's a free option, where do I get it ?

Go to Profile option on the right above (along with the FAQ, Region List, Usergroups, Private Messages, etc options), and type whatever you want in the Regiment Name.

There are regiment names (like Black Pesmerga explained) and there are titles. You are currently a knight trainee. You will get better titles as you post more and if you earn a big number of soldiers, you can exchange them (with your nation's okay) for a custom one of your own.
