[Phase 4] Grassland vs. Tinto ar Amur [Concluded]

1st Turn

Round 1

sybillious orders Celes Tilly's unit of 5000 archers onto the field, while at the same time President iscalio orders Dark Horizon Angel's 265 magicians to attack. As the magicians ready themselves to send a mystic blast at their enemies, Celes Tilly's archers rain down death upon the. When all is done every last magician lies dead, while the archers lost not a single man.

Round 2

Seeking a slight measure of revenge iscalio leads his very own archers numbering 3114 against Ramzy's 300 archers. Once the last arrow has found it's mark Ramzy's unit has been totally annihilated while iscalio has lost 150 men altogether.

Round 3

Seeing that things have been evened out sybillious orders Harukaze out to the battlefield while across the way iscalio sends out Basiors cavalry unit of 300 men. Basiors valiant men charge across the battlefield where they are shredded by Harukaze's magicians. Harukaze has wiped out the cavalry unit with no loss to his own troops.

Grassland vs. Tinto at Amur

The day dawns over the battlefield, where the Grasslands Celes Tilly's 5000 archers are awaiting their opponents from Tinto. They don't have to wait long as inko37's archers numbering 3208 arrive and the first shot is fired. The sky is suddenly filled with arrows as both sides fire volley after volley of arrow. Finally the arrows start to slow down and than stop altogether as the battle comes to a close. Both sides count their men with Celes Tilly coming out the winner after killing 2500 enemy archers while losing only 1604 soldiers.

Trying to keep the their luck up the Grasslands send out arcaiz's infantry unit numbering 100 soldiers. The men begin to run across the field of battle when suddenly the ground starts shaking as Fayt leads 871 cavalry soldiers from Tinto's side of the field. The infantry being outnumbered but determined hold their ground but are completely overwhelmed and killed to the last man. There is not a single dead cavalry member to be seen as Fayt rides back to the main army.

President iscalio looking to prolong the battle leads his own unit of 2964 archers onto the field. Across the way sybillious orders out Lord Riou and his 100 magicians. The magicians begin to unleash their magical fury on the enemy, but they are interrupted as arrows start to fall on them and men begin to die. President iscalio's men completely annihilate the enemy unit without losing a single man.

Tinto wins this turn!

As President Iscalio returns to the camp, Fayt appears with his 871 Cavalry and asks to be given a chance to prove himself once again on the battlefield. Growing confident, President Iscalio commands him to go ahead. Though a small number, Fayt's cavalry bravely charge the battlefield. Unfortunately, the ground beneath them starts rumbling as Harukaze's 6000 magicians conjure up an army of rock golems that completelty obliterate Fayt's unit.

Growing frustrated and losing confidence, President Iscalio decides to take matters into his hands and once again for the third time charges the battlefield himself and commands his 2964 archers to prepare their bows and arrows. bigboy decides to participate in the battle as he voluntarily charges with his own unit of 500 soldiers without Celes Tilly's approval. The skies are filled with arrows as both side shoot volley after volley of arrows. The President's arrows being tipped in fire before being fired, annihilate bigboy's whole unit while using 250 soldiers themselves.

President Iscalio returns to his camp with a smile, commanding PF to go in next with his band of 934 archers. Not wanting to lose Amur to these miners and having to face the fury of the Flame Champion sybillious, Celes Tilly decides if she wants something done, she has to do it herself. She leads her 3396 archers with their bows and arrows. The skies are once again filled with arrows as the grounds are covered in crimson. The sound of arrows being shot disperses as 934 casualties and not a single soldier left remains standing in PF's unit and although losing 467 of her own soldiers, Celes Tilly rejoices as she has protected her homeland.

I noticed something bizarre when I was reading the third part of the battle, shouldn't Celes Tilly's damage be halved? :?

Nope, the damage is correct because she isn't the Royal Guard unit for Grassland.
