I felt that same way, but ever since the second episode. There was only a very few episodes in which the pace picked up. The best example is #26, the best so far. They seem to stretch it whenever they can, even unecessarily. It's so annoying.

i've never been a big anime fan at all -- i'd catch it randomly, watch it, and go "...huh. yeah sure that was interesting."
but Bleach is my main anime that i've always found really interesting -- i absolutely love it. And lately I've been catching .. what's it called... Blood+ or something? That seems pretty interesting as well.

I prefer Berserk. It's bloody and over all has that 'coolth' that most dark anime lack. Loved everything about it.

Nice list going there Chizen. I am quite a fan of mecha animes myself. I've never seen the Buster series but I know their quite awesome and I'm familiar with at least Gunbuster's overall plot. And since you've seen Jeeg, I'm assuming you also loved the episode where Shiba Hiroshi and Kenji team up. EPIC.

Gunbuster is great, but Diebuster...not so much. And, yes, that was an awesome episode of Jeeg. I wish the series had been just a little bit longer, so we could've seen more of KotetsuSHIN Jeeg and Baruba Jeeg.

However, I just recently get acquainted with a person who procures various Japanese animations on a daily basis and he has been generously providing me with them, so I have been in an unrestrained watching-spree ever since...

Hayate no Gotoku (Episode 26)
I actually became bored of watching Hayate no Gotoku after ten episodes because of the utterly cliched and repetitive jokes, as well as "anime reference" gags presented in the same manner over and over. However, I decided to endure it just out of principality: obtained objects shall not go to waste. The weariness got the best of me in the end, unfortunately, and I stopped watching it completely. It is a very rare occurrence for me: the only other anime I stopped watching halfway is Excel Saga.
Obtained but waiting in line:
School Days
I shall watch this particular title if and only if the main character (yes, that seemingly-docile-but-actually-an-indecisive-unfaithful-libidinous bastard) dies gruesomely in the end, as per one of the bad endings in the game incarnation. Otherwise, it would be swiftly and indiscriminately deleted from my hard drive.

Now I am watching Gantz. I only watched episode 1 so far but it was interesting to say the least.
