Phase 15 Turn 3 Commands due May 16th (11:59pm EST)

There aren't many battles left, and because most nations have had enough time to think of their plans, I'll have the deadline set at May 16th. This will give you about three days. If this is too short for you, let me know but it seems most nations already have plans anyhow, and it's best to finish this phase up--there's been some un-planned delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

Anyhow, hopefully everybody can get their stuff in on time. Some nations already submitted their plans, which is great.

Thanks, we got all of the commands in on time. Hopefully we can wrap up this phase pretty fast and get on with Phase 16.

I am excited to see the outcome of the Archonate vs. Commonwealth. I am looking forward to the end of this phase.
