My guess is that it's slow because it has so many frames, and its size. I'm not entirely sure, though.

ouch...yeah...my browser says the file size looks to be about 3.3 megs...
Take out some intermediate frames and speed up the animation speed and it should be better.

3.3megs for an avatar?
That's pretty extreme-- it'll kill people using dial-ups, so it'd be best to make it smaller... which can be achieved by reducing the number of frames and image quality. |

and thanks for the advice. I guess I will just reduce the image quality since I dont really want to reduce the frame amount and see what happens.

Take out some intermediate frames that don't really do anything; that's why it's slow, and that's why it's so big. Just keep in enough that the animation doesn't look choppy.
3.3 megs is huge for anyone on dial-up, not just on this site, but on the entire internet. Cut the size, dude; ; there's not many places anyone's going to let you use that.
