It will be up to each nation to display information about their own royal guards and other recipients of honorary titles. A nation can be cunning and try to hide the nature of their royal guard to use it as a hidden trump card, or a nation may openly advertise their royal guard so that enemies may think twice before they attack. There can be an advantage/disadvantage both ways, but it is up to each nation to use it to their own advantage.
