Yes. Head east from Stormfist - but I'm not sure if it's available until near the end of the game.

It's available after you recapture Sol-Falena. I don't think it's available Post-Stormfist but Pre-SF though, as when I cross the bridge, Lyon or someone else will try to stop me.

Oh, and there's a good number of items there. i think that's where I got the Advanced Combat. Plus some more items.

Speaking of those things, where do you get that wretched Advanced Magic thing? :D

It's in the Sun Palace storage room along with the Sun Ring I think, it's definately there during the attack but I'm not sure about afterwards.
