Region list change

Region list has been given a "sort" function due to popular demand. Just letting you know.

I'm not sure all the regions fit on the list anymore. I'm not sure if/when this happened but it only goes up to 100 without the option to go to the next page.

Seems like now the Region List link isn't even showing up and instead shown as nbsp; >.>

It's included within the "Nation System" link now.
