[Phase 9] Tinto Republic Exploration

[Vextor]

Destiny's Warrior, Varias Taelas, and Kurt Angle explored the area south of Strelsau. They encoutered a group of anti-Kamui Makanakuy, who were in search of the "Cloud Rune." Together, they explore the ruins of an ancient city, and discover an ancient being at a subterranean lake. The being displays horrifying powers, but shared a similar disdain for Kamui Otopshi who apparently stole the "sun gourd" from this being. The being agrees to help Tinto in its battle against Makanakuy.
