I have read in a few places that she dies due to the rune of Dusk at some point in the game, but I cannot account for the accuracy of said claim.

Lymslair never gets kidnapped, instead, she simply wasn't able to escape when the Godwins attacked Sol Falena. Sialeeds returns to Sol Falena later after thwarting the hero's attempt to rescue Lymslair, but she does that for a specific purpose.
