The Suikoden fanart refference thread!

I was looking at my bookmarks, more particularly the art sites, and realized i have quite a few sites with Suikoden fanart, so i said, what if everyone posted the best Suikoden fanart pages they know of?
So, i start it. Some of the pages only have a few Suikoden pics among lots of other fanart and original pics, but they're worth it, in my opinion.

To kick off, Konami's official page with most of the art for the Card Stories' cards. Obviously, not fanart.

Just to clarify...

SARSadmin and the rest of us here respect artists' property, which means that any and all random images aren't allowed. If you have some fanart that you want to show, it has to be a link to the website it originated from-- nothing else.

I usually just save fanart onto my harddrive and don't keep links. ^^; I don't use the images, of course, because it takes too long to actually draw those pictures! Damn it, I tried drawing my own fanart the other day and it came out so crappy that it took five tries until I finally got it looking right (and quite a large chunk of time)... well until I realized I drew the clothing all wrong *laugh*

Does anyone here do any fanart themselves?

I do sometimes. But only the ones that make me comparatively pleased survive. The rest remain as sketches or are destroyed quickly.
And the only Suikoden fanart i've made that survives 'till today is a Luca pic at my DA.

Wow, that's really nicely drawn. I know telling you I think it's awesome won't change your mind about it 'cause it seems all artists have the "artistic complex" where there's always somthing they're not satisfied with. :| I just generally stink at this point... I'm getting better though. ;P

Heh, my friend's going to be happy when I send him that link of yours. :) He really likes Luca and always complains there isn't much fanart of him (that he's seen). Hope you don't mind - but I definitely think it's worth showing.

Heh. I once heard that an artist that is completely happy with his work isn't an artist at all.
I guess most artist feel that way. I do to some point, or something. Arh.

And glad you liked it. I'm planning to make another Luca pic, sometime.
