Not recieving Topic Reply Notifications.

Im watching numerous topics and since yesterday morning I havent recived any, I finally came back on today and found the topics I was watching with new posts. Really throws my posting off...

Sometimes, mail gets "stuck" between servers. You'll likely get a bunch of them at once.

I'm experiencing a similar problem. I'm not worried about it - it'll sort itself out.

Yeah don't worry, it happens to me quite a lot. Sometimes it can take a day or two.

Btw, just a quick point, check your junk mail filter. I once clicked the notifications to be junk mail, and they all went into the spam folder.

I hate not received topic reply notifications or even Private message notifications in quite some time. I thought it was probably just it getting stuck between servers like Sars said before, but now I sense that since I have no gotten them in some time, something is wrong with my settings or something.

I have made sure my e-mail address is the same as the one listed on the forum and said yes to all the options I need to in my profile. Is there anything I'm missing?

Did you have your username changed recently?

Anyway, I bet in your profile your email is blank. Just by looking at your post above which contains a link to your email I can tell it's blank. Hover your mouse over the "Mail" link under your post, then hover your mouse over mine.

I had this problem too a while ago... my email address was removed from my profile and I stopped receiving emails on PM's.

Hmm. It was blank. That's odd, I filled it in again only recently.

It's probably fixed now.

You need to fill in an E-mail to register for the site. However, you also get the choice on whether you want it displayed publically.

I know for a fact that the reason I'm not getting my replies is that I removed my email address in my profile. I'm not sure if non-mod/admins can do that do their own ones however, but if you joined and then removed your address, that's most like it.

Yeah, and the admin e-mail file gets spammed with failure to deliver notices when people change their e-mail setting to a non-existent e-mail address or delete it entirely, while retaining the notification.
