I agree, the plot is really awesome! I've been reading the storyline thread and I am enjoying this! |

Wow SARS you're impression sounds real good.:D I'm glad that the characters will get more devlopment, it was one of Suiko4 many flaws.
I seen some of the begining spoilers, but that was the first part of the game and from what you've described of the plot, the first hours of the game don't even scratch the overall plotline. So it must be a long, epic game. :D |

Great to hear from you Sars... Enjoy the rest of the game! Hows the new skill system? Is only being allowed to equip 2 skills at any one time something limiting? I would have thought keeping the Rhapsodia system of being able to equip more skills the higher rank you go was better... _________________

Well, unless this game suddenly takes a turn for the worse, it sounds like my predictions were correct. This will surely be topping III as my favorite Suikoden. I'm interested on whether US/Japanese fans will like this more than II even.
Personally, I think a couple control issues are more forgivable than II's horrible translations and numerous bugs (for example, the "silent song").
Well, I look forward to your final review, and even more so, the US release! _________________

Is there a detective character like in S2 and 3? |

The old lady? She was more of a hint machine than a detective. |

Deborah was really Suikoden IV's Onil, Taki and Piccolo rather than the new Richmond and Kidd. _________________ One day, I shall come back. Yes, we shall all come back.
