Skald Egan / Chisato bad translation topic

I am a little worried about the bad translation of Skald Egan. As we know of now, his official english name seems to be Chisato (source: official artbook of S5).

Since this character has a last name, he is likely to be of royal bloodline (probably a relative of Lino En Kuldes too... we'll know soon enough), but the real problem comes from the fact that another character, Bernadette Egan, has a correct translation, unlike Skald. It would really be frustrating that the translators did not see that those 2 are relatives and gave the name Egan to one and overlooked the last name for the other one. I seriously hope that this matter will be corrected in the game. That is bugging me far more than the loading time (because I play Suikoden for the story and hope for his constancy more than the system and gameplay).

What are your opinions on this topic?

side note: Bernadette is a frech name and french names are usually given to narcissist, could she be one?

Maybe its an alias he uses? I think the game director supervised the name translations (as mentioned in a reply to comments in King Blog), so hopefully it's not an error...

I reckon that this is a one-off printing error, as there is another character in the game that goes by the name "Chisato".

Well, we shall see. Might want to ask anyone who have seen the ending credits to look at how the guy's name is spelt on there before creating any further unnecesary worry.

i hope so..it would be stupid to read a absolute different name when you know the real name of him..and it would just be a stupid translation mistake

That's Chisato! It must've been a typo on Skald's page, just like Thief said.

She looks like she came out of some children storybook. The design is quite "rough", compared to the rest.

I don't think that she looks all that bad. Perhaps she does a puppet show at the HQ?
