i didn't see a topic on this and found it interesting when i first read it.
RITA, NOAH, and RENE
(Put Noah in support position)
(Rene must be on the ship, but can't be in party)

Rita: It feels good, doesn't it?
Noah: Yeah...
Rita: Hey...
Rene: What is it?
Rita: You know how Mr. Hero has a lot of problems to deal with?
Noah: Mr. Hero? Oh yeah... I guess he does...
Rita: So, how about we all give him a present?
Rene: What? A... present?
Noah: Sounds interesting! Count me in!
Rene: Th-then, I wanna do it, too!
Rita: Really? Hey, let's all work together to brainstorm an idea for a gift.
Noah: Hmm...
Noah: Any ideas?
Rene: Well, let's see... How about... a girlfriend?

Yeah, I thought it was funny that the women stars were a lot more open about likeing the hero than in the other games. Almost every girl had a thing for him (Save some of the older women). I mean he had a group of four women who stood outside his door to
"Protect" him... Riou didn't get that and he acutally needed protection!

Everyone knew Riou could protect himself. Lazlo was never street enough to know how to handle himself in a brawl ^_~
I know it's a supreme long shot and nothing but a stupid theory but I always thought it would be nice if the Wooden Amulet that they give to Lazlo is the same as the one Riou buys for Pilika.

there's actually a pretty good topic on that over at suikosource that has some good points that it possibly be the same wooden amulet.
