Treasures in the Elemental Chambers

I know from checking at Gamefaqs that the different enemy layouts have different buried treasures in the Elemental Chambers. My question is, if you clear the chamber of all treasures, can you go back in, get a different enemy grouping and dig up more or do you only get one shot per playthrough? I'm missing a great deal of gear that I know is buried in different versions of the Elemental Floors, but I just hope I don;t have to wait until New Game+ to get them!
