An ever expanding world?

I've been looking at our wonderfully done world map and noting that although the war system is designed so that nations have to fight for room...we could stand to expand the world map. Create a few other (completely new to the Suikoden series) nations and thus make things more intresting. I am a fairly good map maker so if anyone wants me to give a rough draft of any of their ideas just PM me. I'm saying this would happen right away, maybe not even until Phase 11 but please consider it.
