I'm playing through S4 again(giving it a second chance) and I cant fid stupid Jeremy. I checked an FAQ and it said I need Mitsuba(knew that) and I had to have already recruited the couple at the Mayors House in Nal(already did). But stupid Jeremy wont show up. Is this some sort of glitch I didnt know about(yet another possible reason to not like this game) or does S4 just hate because of all the not nice things I said about it.

Edit: nevermind I found him after I liberated Razril. I remember getting him earlier than that though.

you can get him earlier, but i think that might be random...another annoying feature, like the kobold recruiting.

Can you get the kobolds after taking the gold seal to nay kobold?

nope; the golden seal is required to recruit them-once lino has it, the option to recruit them is gone.
