i dunno if this was answered yet or not but "Ouji" that everyone appears to be calling the Hero is Japanese for Prince. Therefore he doesn't have a 'name' as such, just a 'title'...
As for what the little brown haired girl calls him, it should be 'Ani-ue', a polite term for 'big brother'.
just joined suikox, already can't wait for Suikoden 5 to come out  |

It was announced on RPGFAN that by transfering data from Suikoden IV to Tactics,
you get to have the HeroIV back as a playable character.
Kind of cool, and hopefully they do more to develop the characters, ofcourse.
edit: But it must be a save file with all characters, so for the people who didn't get Ted,
I guess you....well, I guess you probably don't exist so nevermind. _________________ "............yo!"

Why, you are welcome Ez Rabbit. However, I'm just a 30 year old, single guy who has nothing to do in his weekends so he plays video games. Hardly the kind who "rocks," but I'm glad you are happy. |

Oh come now, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, as they say.
To some, you may not rock at all. But for us here at the forums, who are very much like you, you rock sir. And you keep rockin', you king of Suikoden you. |

Its so true about the story.
All that dialogue captured so much intensity and drama.
If this game really turns out to be all it seems to be capable of,
then Konami is really headed in an incredible direction with the series.
I haven't been this excited since they announced Suikoden III. _________________ "............yo!" |

Oh yeah, talk about it. That secene where Rionne says, "Don't worry prince, you can not lose" gave me shivers. So simple but so good.
The voice actors are very good for sure, like that kid in that "mexican" hat where he talks about destroying the port and whatnot.
We also dee Mugito finally. He's the bald guy in a very decorative uniform who talks with a very deep voice. This means the voices were recorded nearly a year ago. |

When is it coming out?
"Maybe soon?" I believe was said.
Given the track record of Suikoden IVs production,
I wouldn't be suprised if this game gets released very soon.
And since Konami has already announced an unnamed RPG for PS3,
I similarly would not be suprised if Suikoden 6 is already in the works.
I'm probably getting ahead of myself, but I hope they apply these same graphics
to the power of the PS3. I think it gets the feel of the series down perfectly.
Again, the translated trailer...just, wow. Goosebumps. _________________ "............yo!" |

Looking at the trailer, I have a feeling this game's been in production since before IV was releaed, back in August 2004. If it comes out in 2006, that means it'll have been in development for almost 2 years. |
