The day was fast turning into night as the rain poured heavily on the soon to be battlefield. From the plains on Huanan's Keep trotted three of Tinto's nameless cavalry regiments. Leading the cavalry were none other than Venerable Pony, with 27,051 men, Fayt, with 28,491 men, and Basior, with 20,511 men. The sum of 76,053 troops and their three captains thundered down the plains towards Silver Lake.

Earlier that day, Tinto proposed a dueling match against the Island Nations, but were politely declined. Unfortunately, for the Island Nations, this lowered their troops morale and 7,302 of the troops from the Island Nations fled the area to avoid the battle they thought would be lost.

As the Cavaliers of Tinto made haste towards Silver Lake, the Island Nations sent an army of their own to meet their charge. Clad in black suits with white undershirts and black pants, The Black Knight and his dual sword wielding Fresna Knights who numbered 12,753 eagerly marched towards Huanan's Keep and the soon to be battlefield. Futch, and his undead, intoxicated Booze Men who numbered 23,418 also marched to meet forces of Tinto in hopes of a chaotic bloodbath. Lastly, Njord, who was flanked by Futch and The Black Knight, led his Ben Laden Pirate rangers who numbered 29,547 through the swampy land into battle. In total, 65,718 troops headed into battle for the Island Nations.

As the forces from both nations moved closer to each other, each regiment forked off from each other to meet a charge of another single regiment. At the mushy fields where the plains met the marshes, the regiments faced off. The Black Knight and his men stared hard at Venerable Pony and his cavalry. Futch, The Royal Guard, whose men were drunk and eager for blood, looked at Fayt and his troops who matched their stares. And finally Njord, God of the Oceans, glared at Basior, whom he would soon battle.

An unexpected clap of thunder sent all of the troops into motion. The Black Knight and his 12,753 infantry met the charge of Venerable Pony's unnamed cavalry who numbered 27,051. Venerable Pony and his cavalry decimated The Black Knights ranks and left all but one of the 12,753 men, dead in puddles and soaked grass and took not a loss themselves. The Black Knight himself was holding his own just fine, but surrendered once his last comrade fell. Venerable Pony, who had slain 26 men himself, released The Black Knight back to Silver Lake in hopes to do battle with him another day. The Black Knight headed back alone while Venerable Pony headed back with all 27,051 of his horsemen. Venerable Pony had achieved victory.

Meanwhile, Futch's 23,418 intoxicated undead who were hungry for battle locked into a melee with Fayt's 28,491 men. Futch himself engaged in combat with Fayt while the battle ensued around them. After a great deal of time, Fayt asked Futch to call off his undead in hopes to save the lives of his beloved troops. Futch, who similarly didn't wish to see his own regiment lost, agreed and the armies disengaged and went separate ways. Futch left the battle with 16,295 undead troops and Fayt left the battle with 16,782 men and horses. But, left behind on the battlefield were the dismembered remains of 7,123 undead soldiers and the half-eaten corpses of 11,709 men and horses. Even though both regiments came back with relatively the same amount of soldiers, Fayt's men suffered many more casualties so Futch had won.

As the two battles occurred nearby, Njord and Basior's troops came at each other at full speeds. Njord, who brought with him 29,547 rangers, engaged Basior who brought with him 20,511 cavaliers. Njord and Basior battled each other in the relentless rain while their troops fought each other. The rangers used various trinkets and methods to kill off the mounted knights while the cavalry cut down as many rangers as possible with their lances and swords. The battle raged for many hours and victory leaned towards Njord. Eventually, both sides grew tired and the rain continued to pour in on the drenched troops. The battle slowed and neither side could put up an ample fight. The rangers sat down on the soaking earth while the remaining cavaliers tried to keep their exhausted and uninterested horses in control. Lighting continued to barrage the vast, open battlefield and man after man was struck down by the unavoidable lightning. Seeing no point in continuing the battle that had pretty much been halted, both Njord and Basior called their remaining troops back to head towards their respective nations. Njord and his remaining 19,291 rangers and Basior with his remaining 5,737 horsemen, left many motionless companions behind. On the field lay 10,256 dead rangers and 14,774 dead men and horses. Njord clearly had claimed victory.

In total, Tinto headed back to Huanan's Keep with 49,570 cavaliers and left behind 26,453 unfortunate horsemen. One third of their troops did not return. The Island Nations returned to Silver Lake with 35,586 soldiers and left 30,132 soldiers motionless on the battlefield. Almost half of the Island Nation's men did not return from the battle. Although Tinto came back with more men overall and suffered fewer casualties, they did not come home in victory. Two of their three battles had been lost to the tactics of the Island Nations.

The Island Nations win this turn!

Those "tactics" are also known as advanced units.

Duke Leb surveyed the battlefield with his advisors. As the rains poured over the fallen corpses of the men, he let out a sigh... "Such a waste of life... But, at least some of them will be able to serve in our new undead regiment... Speaking of which..."

Just then Ced the Lad stood from his table inside of Hunan's Keep. As Governor of Huanan's Keep, he knew that the situation was indeed grave... With Island Nations forces already crossing the Tinto border, they had a lot on their hands. Just then he motioned to one of his lieutenants... "Get my battle gear ready. I'll go out and survey the situation for myself. In the meantime, send Queen's Elemental Emissaries forth to scout the enemy force."

Duke Leb rode forth on his battle steed, as his army crossed the Tinto border. "Be prepared men, we never know what might hit---"

Just then a torrent of lightning and fire came forth. Futch's Undead "Booze Men" came forth to meet the magicians, but their sheer numbers overcame the force of the "Booze Men," forcing them into retreat.

----=<Round 1>=----
Queen's Elemental Emissaries Regiment (Magician) and Futch's The Booze Men Regiment (Undead) engage in battle!

Futch's regiment suffers 9003 casualties, leaving them with 7291 soldiers, while Queen's regiment suffers 4074 casualties, leaving them with 22936 soldiers.

Queen's regiment wins!

"Fall back!" shouted Leb to his men. But, as his men were retreating, some of Tinto's elite Cavalry was riding towards them. With nowhere to run, Leb ordered his men to bombard the enemy in self-defense.

The arrows fell like fire on the Cavalry led by Venerable Pony, inflicting massive casualties. Again, the sheer numbers turned the tide of battle, but this time in favor of the Island Nations.

----=<Round 2>=----
Venerable Pony's Regiment (Cavalry) and Leb's Regiment (Archers) engage in battle!

Leb's regiment suffers 13526 casualties, leaving them with 40431 soldiers, while Venerable Pony's regiment suffers 27051 casualties, leaving them with 0 soldiers.

Leb's regiment wins!

Duke Leb's army, with victory in sight ordered his armies to march forth on their final target: Huanan's Keep.

Ced The Lad emerged from the keep, in full battle dress. He surveyed his infantrymen, and whipped them into a frenzy before the battle of this round. The fate of Huanan's Keep, at stake.

Duke Leb made camp outside the Keep, and ordered Njord's Rangers, "The Ben Laden Pirates," to raid their force at night. The superior Rangers rode forth, and decimated Ced The Lad's infantry, wounding him in the process. Ced, who's infantry could do no harm to the Rangers, ordered a general retreat to Morkata, to fight again another day.

----=<Round 3>=----
Ced the Lad's Mahora Academy: Class 3-A Regiment (Infantry) and Njord's Ben Laden Pirates Regiment (Rangers) engage in battle!

Njord's regiment suffers 0 casualties, leaving them with 19291 soldiers, while Ced the Lad's regiment suffers 19291 casualties, leaving them with 12294 soldiers.

Njord's regiment wins!

Leb marched his victorious forces into Huanan's Keep and raised the Island Nations flag at the gates. Today the glory of victory belonged to the Island Nations, and the pang of defeat to the forces of Tinto.

Tinto: 1 wins.
Island Nations: 2 wins.
