| Tworiver Details: | A unique city of the City-States, marked by twin rivers flowing through the city itself. The rivers serve to mark off the different populations that reside in the city; humans, wingers and kobolds. During the occupation of the Scarlet Moon Empire, the wingers of Tworiver were forced to flee, but since have jubilantly returned as the City-States reclaimed their home. During the occupation, an elite band of wingers trained by Shu assisted an exploration team of Jowston, and have since offered their services in the protection of all of their homeland. |
