| Gadir Desert Details: | Located in the middle of the vast desert the town of Gadir was established next to the largest oasis to be found in Nagarea. As water is at a premium here a steep local tax is levied on merchants and traders on the amount of people in their party and the number of animals that they own as they pass through the town. Aside from this water tax there is not much in the way of industry here. The Gadir garrison take a dim view of merchants attempting to bypass the tax and routinely confiscate all belongings of those convicted of doing so. |
